Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lomizy. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear, professional return policy for your peace of mind.

We accept returns on non-used, non-customized items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items returned beyond this period or without proper authorization will not be accepted.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you can request by contacting our support team. Please do not send back products without this number.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved. Processing may take up to 10 business days. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

If you wish to request an exchange, it must be for the same product in a different size or color and will be subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for safe and trackable return shipping unless otherwise stated.
